Got a few questions?

How do I eat my fiber mix?
We like to keep things versatile, since everyone's routine is different. There are many ways myota fibers can be consumed. You can have them alone with a small amount of water, mix them with your cereal or muesli, or add them to a milkshake or yoghurt. Our nutritionists are always happy to provide you with suggestions and advise according to your daily routine.
Is there a recommended daily amount?
At Myota, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Our recommendation is to start with 10g per day, and adjust according to how you respond. Everyone's gut and microbiome is different, so you should feel free to experiment, and we are always on stand-by to help you find the perfect balance.
Can myota fibers be harmful to my health?
Our fibers are sourced from natural ingredients and are simply purified forms of the fibers you find in fruits, vegetables and grains. Thus, they are safe to consume.
